ICPCSEE Steering committee keeps monitoring the development of COVID-19 outbreak. At present, the COVID-19 epidemic is spreading rapidly around the world, which brings challenges for long distance travel. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. After studying and evaluating the announcements, guidance, and news released by relevant national departments, we determine that ICPCSEE 2020 will be held online. We thank to the authors and participants for their tremendous support in making the conference a success.
The 6th International Conference of Pioneering Computer Scientists, Engineers and Educators£¨ICPCSEE£©2020(http://2020.icpcsee.org) will be held in Taiyuan, China, Sept 18-21 2020, hosted by North University of China, Harbin University of Science and Technolog, National Academy of Guo Ding Institute of data sciences. ICPCSEE 2020 is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series, which will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of Springer. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals.

* Please note that the extension is only suitable for EI-CA papers, but not for EI-JA only and SCI Only papers. Since the review for the submissions before 30th March has been started, any updating for them is not permitted.

Papers will be double-blindly reviewed without the authors' names and affiliations included. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...", must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith (1991) previously showed ...". Papers thatdo not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.
