The 6th International Conference of Pioneering Computer Scientists, Engineers and Educators£¨ICPCSEE£©2020(http://2020.icpcsee.org) will be held in Taiyuan, China, Sept 18-21 2020, hosted by North University of China and National Academy of Guo Ding Institute of data sciences.
With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, as the underlying key technology of digital currency, Blockchain has received increasing attention from all parties, and related research have also shown explosive growth. In recent years, with the continuous innovation of blockchain technology and the continuous expansion of commercial applications, Blockchain is profoundly affecting the transformation, upgrading and value of traditional industries such as finance, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, energy, medical health, law, and manufacturing.Re-engineering and playing an increasingly important role in the future digital economic wave. Nowadays, after the digital currency has experienced the hot wave of 2018, people's discussion on Blockchain technology has gradually returned to rationality. This Workshop aims to provide a discipline for researchers in universities, research institutes and enterprises engaged in this field. An interactive platformthat promotes academic exchanges in the field, exchanges between academia and industry, and raises domestic awareness of the cutting-edge technology of blockchain.

Papers will be double-blindly reviewed without the authors' names and affiliations included. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...", must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith (1991) previously showed ...". Papers thatdo not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.
